Reading a motivational quote is a great way of keeping up your energy levels so you have a better chance of reaching your goals.
For example, on my office wall I have a Successories Poster with the caption, "The race goes not always to the swift... but to those who keep on running." I find it really helps me to inspire me to...well, to keep on running towards my goals.In one way I prefer to call them inspirational quotes because motivation comes from within ourselves. When I read the inspirational words on my poster it helps me feel motivated. But someone else might read the same words and feel tired rather than motivated - "Oh no, not more running. I just want to sit down." Well, everyone feels like taking a rest now and again and, in fact, relaxation is a key strategy for achieving goals. As you'll read elsewhere on this site, our creative imagination outperforms our willpower when it comes to goals success.
