The Law Of Attraction is a term used to describe the idea that we attract events into our life through our thoughts. If you accept this idea then you need to accept that what you think will have a major impact on achieving your goals.

Many people have written about the idea that like attracts like - we tend to repeat patterns and attract into our lives more of what we already have.

How then do we attract something different? How can we achieve goals that have eluded us so far?

Esther and Jerry Hicks tackle this question in their book Money and the Law of Attraction.One of the keys is to focus your attention on what makes you feel good about a situation.

The idea is that the better you feel about something, for example a goal of getting out of bed at a particular time in the morning, the more likely things are to happen as you wish. Why? Because like attracts like. You start to feel better about a goal and the actions will follow to bring it about.

Is that daft, or does it make sense to you? Some people will find the law of attaction helpful in achieving goals and that's what finding a way to make your goals happen is all about - you selecting the techniques that you find most useful.
