Daily Affirmation Regimen

For Self Image Strength And Conditioning

Welcome to the Daily Affirmation page. This part of the web site is about psycho cybernetics - and in particular the vital impact that a negative or positive self image has on your success or failure in achieving goals you set.

A regular positive self image conditioning routine is vital for achieving your goals according to Dan Kennedy.

CD 6 of The New Psycho-Cybernetics audio program brings together all the advice from the previous sessions to give you a daily system to build your self image.

Also the booklet for this section provides a checklist of 21 important psychocybernetics concepts and techniques. You can use this to assess your understanding.

PART 11 - DAILY AFFIRMATION AND SELF IMAGE CONDITIONING

According to psychocybernetics, we cannot consistently outperform our self image. So in order to achieve our goals we have to ensure that we build the right self image to match those goals.

Part 11 provides a daily regimen of ten exercises to keep on expanding and strengthening our self image. Dan Kennedy says that its about getting and keeping 'the winning feeling'.

In summary, these exercises are: mental movies, mental rehearsal, goals review, daily affirmation, goal-directed actions, corrective actions, assertive communication, relaxation, giving thanks, and finally organizing for tomorrow. You'll find the detailed explanation of these on earlier CDs.

There's also a powerful question to keep on asking yourself as you plan and work through your day: "How does doing this move me measurably closer to my goals?"

PART 12 - ALIVENESS v LIVING

Part 12 is a wrap up. All the meat has been dealt with in the previous sessions.

It deals with some overall themes rather than detail, asking what makes you feel most alive? It encourages you to rearrange your life so as to build a strong self image and achieve the goals you've set.

As Dan Kennedy says, we are not rooted in one place like a tree, we are dynamic powerful creative human beings who are responsible for and capable of creating change in our own lives. Using the psychocybernetics daily affirmation regimen is an execellent help in this.

Why Self Image is Vital to Success

If you're not aware why and how your subconscious beliefs can help or hinder your chances of achieving your personal goals, have a look at the teachings of Dr Maxwell Maltz on the importance of your self image.
